Sign in on your phone or tablet:

1. Open the app and then tap the Profile icon (or try to play a show or movie).

2. Tap the Sign In link.

3. Select your provider from the list. If your provider isn't listed, please see FAQ 'Why isn't my provider listed?' Make sure to View All TV Providers if you do not see your provider on the main page.

4. Enter the username and password for your provider account.

If you have trouble signing in, see FAQ 'Can't sign in.' If you are getting an error message that your package does not include this service, please verify your subscription with your TV provider.

Sign in on your computer:

1. Select the show/movie you would like to watch and you will be prompted to Sign In For Full Access.

2. Click on your provider from the list. If your provider isn't listed, please see FAQ 'Why isn't my provider listed?' Make sure to View All TV Providers if you do not see your provider on the main page.

3. Enter the username and password for your provider account.

If you have trouble signing in, see FAQ 'Can't sign in.' If you are getting an error message that your package does not include this service, please verify your subscription with your TV provider.

Sign in on your TV device:

1. Download and open the app on your TV and choose Sign In (or try to play a show or movie).

2. You should see a 7-digit code. Stay on this screen while you grab your phone, tablet, or computer.

3. Open a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer and type the URL address on the screen. Select your TV device and click Continue.

4. Enter the code that appears on your TV, and then choose Next.  If the code is not working, see FAQ 'TV Activation Code doesn't work or is invalid.'

5. Click on your provider from the list. If your provider isn't listed, please see FAQ 'Why isn't my provider listed'. Make sure to View All TV Providers if you do not see your provider on the main page.

6. Enter the username and password of your TV provider account.

If you have trouble signing in, see FAQ 'Can't sign in.' Make sure you are using the exact login credentials associated with your particular TV provider. If you are getting an error message that your package does not include this service, please verify your subscription with your TV provider.

7. Once you have successfully logged into your provider account, your phone, tablet, or computer screen should show 'Authenticated! You have successfully authenticated with the provided registration code. You may proceed with using your [device].'  

The TV screen should automatically show SUCCESS! and direct you to the app home screen.
