Phone & Tablet

Android

Go to: Settings > Apps > choose TNT, TBS, or truTV app > Storage & Cache or Storage > select Clear cache > select Clear Data

Fire Tablet

Go to: Settings > Apps & Games > Manage All Applications > choose TNT, TBS, or truTV app > Force Stop > Clear Cache > Clear Data

iOS

Go to: Settings > General > iPhone Storage > select TNT, TBS, or truTV app > Offload App. This will remove the app but keep the data stored in the app. > Reinstall the app  
  

Browser

Chrome

Mac: Select Chrome menu in the top of your browser > Select Clear browsing data
PC: Select 3 horizontal dots to open Chrome menu in the top right of your browser > Select History > Clear Browsing data > Cached images and files

Safari

Select Develop in top navigational menu > Select Empty Caches

Firefox

Select Firefox in top navigational menu > Select Preferences > Select Privacy and Security from left hand side menu > Go to Cookies and Site Data > select Clear Data

Edge

Select 3 horizontal dots to open Microsoft Edge menu in the top of your browser > Select History > Go to Clear Browsing Data > Select Cached images and files > Select Clear now'


TV Devices

Fire TV

Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > select TNT, TBS, or truTV app > select Force Stop > select Clear Cache > select Clear Data

Xbox

Turn off your console > unplug the console > wait at least 30 seconds > plug the console back in > while the power is off, hold the power button and release. Repeat a few times. > turn the power back in  

Roku

Press the Home button 5 times > press the Up button 1 time > press the Rewind button 2 times > press the Fast Forward button 2 times > Wait until your Roku turns off and starts back up.

Android TV

Go to Settings > Apps > select TNT, TBS, or truTV app > select Clear Cache > select Clear Data

Apple TV

Go to Settings > General > Manage Storage > go to the trash icon >  select TNT, TBS, or truTV app > delete the app to clear the cache > reinstall the app
