Please try the following:

1. Quit the app and reopen it


2. Restart the device

  • Fire TV: Press Home key on your FireStick remote to go to the home window > find the menu options in the middle > Settings in far right > My Fire TV > Restart > When prompted, click Restart again to begin the restart.  The ‘Powering Off’ message will also be displayed on the screen.

  • Xbox: Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Power Center > select Restart console > Restart

  • Roku: Go to Settings > System > System restart

  • Android TV: Go to Settings > About > Restart > Restart

  • Apple TV: Go to Settings > Systems > Restart

3. Uninstall and reinstall your app


4. Make sure your app version is up to date.

Check in the profile tab of the app.


5. Make sure your device OS software is up to date

6. Check your internet connection and internet speed

  • Go to https://www.speedtest.net/t/ to check. You need a minimum download speed of 5 Mbps.
  • Reset your internet router and modem.
  • Try toggling between Wifi and data connection.
  • Close out of other devices that may be taking up internet bandwidth.

7. Clear the cache on your device

8. Unplug and replug any power cables from the device with the TV and with the wall
