If you're connected to wifi, try disconnecting and see if you can then enter your credentials. Some wifi networks have keychains and auto log you in.

If that does not work, please try disconnecting your wifi from your device, signing out of your TV provider account from all 3 TNT, TBS, and truTV apps, and restarting your device.

Please make sure you are using the exact same login credentials and TV provider for TNT, TBS, and truTV to prevent any authentication error or error with our Single Sign-On (SSO) feature.
