Please try the following:

1. Quit the app and reopen it.

2. Restart your phone or tablet

3. Uninstall and reinstall your app

4. Make sure your app version is up to date

5. Make sure your device OS software is up to date

6. Check your internet connection and internet speed.
  • Go to https://www.speedtest.net/ to check. You need a minimum download speed of 5 Mbps.
  • Reset your internet router and modem.
  • Try toggling between Wifi and data connection.
  • Close out of other devices that may be taking up internet bandwidth.
7. Clear the cache on your device
