Fire Tablet:
- Device model: Go to Settings > Device Options > find the Device Model. You can also refer to Amazon's Which Fire tablet do I have? page.
- Software version: Go to Settings > Device Options > System Updates > find the Fire OS Version.
Android:
- Device model: Go to Settings > About phone (or About tablet) > find the Device name and/or Model number. Steps vary depending on your version of Android.
- Software version: Go to Settings > About phone (or About tablet) > Software info > find the Android version. Steps vary depending on your version of Android.
iOS:
- Device model: Go to Settings > General > About > find the Model Name. You can also find your model at Identify your iPhone model or Identify your iPad model.
- Software version: Go to Settings > General > About > find the Software Version.
COMPUTER
PC:
- Model: Go to Settings > System > About on your PC.
- Software Version: You can check which version of Windows you are running at Which version of Windows.
Mac:
- Go to Apple menu (upper-left corner) > choose About This Mac > find the device model and OS version.
TV DEVICE
Fire TV:
- Go to Settings > Device > About > find your model and software version. You can also refer to Amazon's Which Fire TV device do I have? page.
Android TV:
- Go to Settings > Device > About > find your model and software version.
Apple TV:
- Device model: Find your Apple TV model at Identify your Apple TV model.
- Software version: Go to Settings > General > About > find your tvOS version.
Roku:
- Go to Settings > System > About > find your model and software version.
Xbox
- Go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Xbox model and OS version will be listed
